CHEETAHS CLAIM ANOTHER KILL

ROUND 8 DEATH TOLL : 1

5 different strategies were employed this week and for the most part these strategies paid off.
13 of the starting 14 players made it through to round 9, making it the most successful round ever.

CAUSE OF DEATH

Nobody's SuicidePool existence was on the line until the Sharks and Hurricanes took the field for game 3. The Canes showed they aren't a serious title threat this year and the Sharks tore them up 33-17 saving 2 TSFers, Voltman and Paarlbok.

Game 4 of the round must have given the 5 TSFers backng the Chiefs a puckered bum for most of the match. Who would have thought Dwayne Sweeney would be the guy to save the lives of KP, Dogmeat, Billy Webb, TheChampIsHere and Watu? The Lions let a big lead slip to lose 36-29 in the Tron.

Game 5 was the Waratahs 12-6 snorefest win over the Stormers which saved the lives of Mullet, Winger, & Kirwan

Game 6 featured the two teams with the worst 'save percentage' in the Super 14.
Prior to kick-off the Cheetahs had killed of all 6 TSFers who had backed them this year. The Brumbies saved MN5 back in round one, but since then had killed off 10 straight victims.
History showed the Brumbies to be a risky pick, but as any good Geography teacher will tell you 'History is a bunch of arse'. The Burmbies would up and punched history square in the face to win and save the lives of BayImports, Scorz & Baron Silas Greenback .
Smuts decision to tip the Cheeaths could have been the master stroke, instead it was the stroke of death (see what I did there?)
So Smuts became the Cheetah's 7th victim this year, as the Bloemfontein boys keep up their 100% kill rate losing 27 -40 to the Brumbies.
