I see a lot of criticism on this thread of the wingers, namely Clarke. I'm not sure what you expect, as this was easily the worst 10 / midfield combination I think I've seen at All Black level

All Blacks finally fronted up and started to play rugby at the kick off. Instead of just standing back and seeing what the opposition had to throw at us, they hit rucks, they smashed into the tackle and they did everything they could to actually get the ball in space to their potential game breakers
